Dig on swine?

Imagine buying a plot of land in the little countryside we have left to build a cute little farmhouse, albeit in Maghtab.

Flash forward a couple of years. You're told a pig farm will be built 20 metres away from your residence. It will house 80 pigs.

MEPA gave the go-ahead because there aren't enough inhabitants in that area to make it a "residential area".

Can't blame these people for being pissed off. Let's not forget what our expert told us about pigs...

Jules: I wouldn't eat the filthy motherfucker. Pigs sleep and root in shit. That's a filthy animal. I ain't eat nothin' that ain't got enough sense enough to disregard its own faeces.

Jules would choose the reek of Mt. Maghtab over the reek of pigshit any day of the week. What would you do?

Kumment zghir. Naf li r-referenza ghal-hniezer ul-hmieg saret b'mod umoristiku, izda sabiex niccara l-affarijiet, il-hniezer huma wiehed mill-ispeci l-izjed nodfa u intelligenti.

Huma l-kundizzjonijiet mhux naturali fejn dawn jinzammu fi spazju zghir li ma jippermettilhomx li jzommu ruhom nodfa.

Fatt interessanti hu li tant il-hniezer huma intelligenti (izjed mill-klieb) li sahansitra xi whud minnhom gew mghallma jilghabu loghob fuq il-kompjuter.

Biss, naturalment, naqbel li l-farm ma ghandiex issir.
