Good idea. Pity we have no government when we need one. If you are a drunk teen in Paceville, they make a show of you. But if it's thugs keeping Malta hostage, intimidating and insulting locals and tourists, attacking and vandalising private property, and causing havoc, then no, the army and police are peace-loving hippies.
